FAQ + info


where is my order? my tracking?
  • when your order is processed, you will recieve an email with your tracking information, or notifying you that your order has shipped. all orders are shipped with USPS.
  • orders with stickers (or other flat goods that fit in an envelope) do not recieve tracking, if you need tracking for a normally non-tracked order please contact me beforehand.

when will you ship my order?
  • i try to process orders within 3-4 days, barring any setbacks or holidays. please be patient and understanding! i handle everything myself and am busy.

why is international shipping so expensive?
  • i charge a flat rate based on weight to all international orders. i cannot control shipping costs, but i do try to include extra stickers and goodies to international orders, to help offset the costs.


my order did not arrive!
  • please give your order ample time to arrive. however, if your order does not arrive, whether untracked or tracked, feel free to reach out to me!
  • resolutions will be handled on a case by case basis, and i will either resend or refund your order! please ensure that all your shipping info is correct, and that packages are able to be delivered to your home; as i may bar you from future orders if there are frequent issues with your deliveries.

my order arrived damaged!

  • while i do quality check and inspect all items before sending them out, some defects may slip through the cracks, or items may become damaged in transit. please contact me within two weeks of your order's arrival to discuss a resolution.
